  • Atomic swaps — exchange assets directly in the app without centralized exchanges.

  • Cross-platform — apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android.

Cons

  • Closed source — cannot independently verify the service's security.

  • Limited advanced settings — not all users will get fine-grained control over transaction parameters.

Detailed description

Atomic Wallet combines a user-friendly interface and a set of features for managing many crypto assets: local key storage, integrated swaps and staking options. A seed phrase is generated when creating the wallet and stored locally: access to funds is controlled by the user.

Atomic swaps allow exchanging assets directly, but for some pairs liquidity pools or aggregators are used, which may affect the final price and fees. To earn via staking it's important to study terms and risks of specific assets.

Before use it is recommended to update the app, store a backup of the seed phrase in a safe place and verify official sources when downloading the client.
